01Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A visionary educator, entrepreneur and author of Education Transformation. Ron previously founded and led K12 Inc., growing it from an idea to nearly $1B in revenue. Earlier he was CEO of Knowledge Schools and worked in M&A at Goldman Sachs and at McKinsey & Company. He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
02Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Maria brings over 20 years of strategy, operations and development capability. She joined K12 in 2000 and was instrumental in growing it from a pre-revenue startup to a $900M public company, serving in product, operations, strategy and corporate development roles.
03Controller & SVP Finance
Steve has broad experience across accounting and financial management in high-growth companies. His specialties include financial and SEC reporting, GAAP accounting, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
04Chief Marketing Officer
Brandon brings over 12 years of education-industry marketing experience, previously serving as CMO at Delta Career Education and SVP of Marketing at K12 Inc. He holds an MBA from Darden and a BS in Economics from Wharton.
05Chief Technology Officer
An experienced CTO and CIO with a deep background in architecture, software engineering and systems engineering — driving product and technology vision through scalable architectures for enterprise and consumer products.
06EVP, Online Schools
An accomplished senior executive with over fifteen years in education, Allison has deep operational and academic expertise running public and private schools at scale across complex regulatory environments.
